Capital Village Investments Limited was founded in Accra, Ghana in 2002 with a simple premise: that a single, trusted partner could help businesses transition between industries — from financial instruments, farmland, shipping lanes, construction sites, and tourism activities — without losing the thread of relationship and reliability that West African businesses run on.
Over more than two decades, that premise grew into a diversified investment company spanning six specialised areas: consultancy and financial instruments, import and export, residential construction, transportation, agriculture and animal husbandry farming, and mining operations. Each division is run by professionals who work inside that industry day to day, not generalists spread across too many sectors.
What ties the six together is the same operating philosophy: understand the client's actual problem, be transparent about what's achievable and on what timeline, and follow through past the signature on the contract. That approach has carried us from a small practice to a multi-national company with a network reaching across West Africa and international markets.
We've had the privilege of working alongside organisations globally, as a member of the Africa International Chamber of Commerce and Industry, with individual clients ranging from property developers to agricultural producers to importers navigating cross-border trade for the first time.
